Get Your Own Energy Recovery Machine! Turn your waste plastic into
black gold!
Imagine Owning And Operating Your Own Diesel Manufacturing Facility!

THIS IS THE GOOSE THAT LAYS THE GOLDEN EGGS! Make your own fuel for less than 50 cents a gallon! The home is the oil field of the future!
Get this absolutely incredible machine. The energy derived from this source is almost endless!

Now in your very own home or business you can recycle waste plastic and convert it to a usable diesel like fuel. Also waste motor oil can be depolymerized by the same process into diesel fuel. Go small and make your own fuel or go bigger and have a very successful business! Our units process any carbon containing waste: used tires, plastic, medical waste, roofing materials, oil refining waste (used motor oil).
This is a a whole lot easier... Storing shredded plastic, that you buy for cheap or even get free at a recycling plant, rather than trying to collect/store used vegetable oil to make diesel fuel.
The process is genuinely revolutionary, testing has proven that any carbon based waste can be used and irrespective of it's input toxicity, the end products are pure and extremely useful.
This fuel can also be substituted for #2 oil used in an oil burning furnace or boiler. The savings realized in just one heating season in a cold climate is amazing.
You can recycle:
Polypropylene - trash cans, tie bands, dvd cases, junk food wrappers, etc.
Polyethylene - wrapping paper, super market bags, clothes, plastic bottle caps, etc.
Polystyrene - Styrofoam, etc.
Polyethylene and polypropylene are pure hydrocarbons. However, they are arranged in long chains. If you chop those chains
into shorter ones, you get oil. If you chop them even shorter, you get diesel. If you chop them again, you get gasoline and eventually burnable gas. So nothing other
than hydrocarbons.
The Japanese have released this cute little unit for around $12,700.
Our home unit, which we have just released for the do-it-yourself fuel makers is only $4,900. Not as pretty, but does five times as much and a lot less expensive.
How to turn plastic waste into fuel cheaply! The process is really simple.... If you heat plastic waste in an oxygen free environment, it will melt, but will not burn. After it has melted, it will start to boil and evaporate, you just need to put those vapors through a cooling device and when cooled the vapors will condenses to a liquid and some of the vapors with shorter hydrocarbon lengths will remain as a gas(similar to propane). The gas coming out of the cooling device then goes through a bubbler containing water to capture the last liquid forms of fuel and leave only gas that is then burned. If the cooling of the cooling tube is sufficient, there will be no fuel in the bubbler, but if not, the water will capture all the remaining fuel that will float above the water and can be poured off the water. The bottom of the cooling device is a reservoir that collects all of the liquid and it has a release valve on the bottom to empty the fuel.
Typical Output:
8-9 pounds of plastic yields 1 gallon of oil.
very small quantities of charcoal left, around 1 pound at most for every 25 pounds of plastic, of course that depends on the plastic type and if there is any other materials in the mix along with plastic.
Our Energy Recovery Machine is designed to convert petroleum-based plastics into synthetic light-medium oil(similar to diesel fuel) that can be further refined to produce gasoline, kerosene, jet fuel, and diesel. The ERM process of plastic waste conversion reduces the stress on our landfills and helps reduce fossil fuel imports.
The oil produced by the Energy Recovery Machines is a synthetic oil and depending on the types of plastic input, will have different components. It can be used in generators, boilers, as heating oil, or resold as feed stock. Some older diesel engines will be able to run on it as well.
If you refine the oil further with a fractionating column, you will be able extract diesel, kerosene, gasoline and heavy oil.
We use electric heat and aluminum oxide bricks to insulate the heater coils. It can also be made using liquid fuel burners to heat the reactor, this will enable the device to be self sustainable by using about 10-15% of the produced fuel along with the produced gas. The self fueled unit is now available. A small farm can use a device this size and make fuel for itself by converting plastic waste to fuel, farms have a lot of plastic waste and it is a big problem.
The electric powered device works on electricity (single or 3 phase), it has six Nichrome coils as heating elements and consumes a total of 6kW (1kW each coil). The unit is controlled by a digital thermostat with a temperature sensor mounted in the lid, so that the vapor temperature can be monitored. You need to heat the plastic slowly to about 400 degrees until it is all vaporized. Our device has a capacity of 13 gallons and can hold about 110 pounds of shredded plastic. The self fueled unit needs 110v A/C to power the fuel pump only. The process takes about 4 hours. This makes a liquid fuel that can be used as multi-fuel, that means it can be used on diesel engines and also on some gasoline engines.
The pressure in the system is very low, only enough to bubble through the bubbler, this makes it really safe and much safer than commercial flash pyrolysis devices that are very expensive and affordable only by large companies.
When the process starts, at first only the reactor and the lid heats up, as the plastic melts into boiling liquid and starts to evaporate, the condensers(coolers) start to warm up also. A good sign that the process is ending is when the condensers start to cool down. When they are cool to touch, or even at room temperature, the process should be finished. There is a small outlet valve on the bottom of the condenser to drain the fuel, this can be done while the device is running. You will see that in the middle of the process a certain amount of fuel can be drained in a certain amount of time. When the process is ending, less and less fuel will be coming out at the same time intervals.
The make-up of the oil produced is 90-95% diesel.
If the process has completed fully, the charcoal on the cylinder walls will be dry and one tap with a rubber hammer on the container will make them fall to the bottom....Then it can be reloaded.
The leftover material in the reactor is not ash, but charcoal that can be compressed into briquettes and burned later, or used in some other way.
